  As a new patient and reading about their natural treatment, I was eager to meet Dr. Horn. They set me up on the first appointment and took my insurance information. I came in for a cleaning, xrays and information on Invisalign. After they completed my xrays and starting cleaning my teeth, the receptionist came into the room and said their was an issue with my insurance. (That was my first red flag) Since we were almost completed I told them I would call my insurance to find out what was going on and resolve the issue that day.
  Once the hygienist completed my cleaning, Dr. Horn came in. I told her I was interested in Invisalign and glad to have a natural dentist so close. She gave a very, I mean very, quick look and started selling me on the body wellness part of her business. Repeatedly asked if I wanted to make an appointment, (which was $225 consultation). I wasn't ready to make that commitment yet and she gave me pamphlets about her NET practice. While leaving I asked again about Invisalign treatment and she said, I'll look into the cost and get back to you.
  So, I went home and immediately called my insurance to straighten that out. They advised that she was an out of network doctor, but that usually doctor offices know what insurance they take and would tell you right away. (of course, that didn't happen to me) They gave me instructions on how they can get set up and submit the claim. I called the office and gave them the information. A couple weeks later I received a bill. When I called their office to check the status, they told me not to worry about it that it would take some time to get set up with your insurance. Also, I asked if they had the Invisalign info I requested and they again said, I'll check and call you back. Never receiving a call, I followed up about every 3-4 weeks, always getting the same answer. Finally, l I received a call in January telling me that my insurance denied the claim. I followed up with my insurance and found out they didn't call until December and they were waiting for the paper work from them. After leaving a message for the office to call and discuss with me, I have not received a call back. I would have been a very loyal and lucrative patient, but I will not be going back.
